Elfershausen, May 15, 2020 – ZMI closed the 2019 financial year with a new record result.
The HR software specialist increased its turnover by around 17% compared to the previous year.
The best result in the company’s history is based on growth in the core segments of software and services as well as in hardware.
ZMI was able to grow across all solution areas – Time & Attendance, Access Control and Personnel and Resource Planning.
Extraordinary development was recorded in the area of mobile HR solutions in particular.
ZMI GmbH is also expanding its management team with the addition of Jonathan Martin, who will join the two managing partners Steffen Berger and Daniel Vogler as Managing Partner with a focus on marketing from May 15, 2020.
“Despite the challenging overall economic situation caused by the crisis, we also see good growth opportunities for our company in the current 2020 financial year. Overall, the demand for decentralized solutions for mobile working and the mapping of home office regulations will continue to increase. In addition, the topic of digitalization has arrived on the customer agenda,” says ZMI’s management.
