Since September 13, 2022, a new legal framework has been in effect in Germany regarding the tracking of working hours. Following a ruling by the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt, accurate time tracking has become mandatory for employers. While this can be implemented relatively easily in traditional workplaces, it poses significant challenges for businesses operating in modern settings.
