Since 13.09.2022, there is a new legal situation in Germany regarding the recording of working hours. As a result of a ruling by the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt, proper time recording becomes mandatory for employers. What can be implemented comparatively easily in traditional operations certainly poses challenges for operations in modern scenarios. How, for example, can time recording be done for employees who work in the home office on a partial or full time basis? For such situations, ZMI offers the right solution.
