Hamburg/Elfershausen, 25.10.2022 – Time recording made easy: In the future, customers of perview and ZMI will benefit from the new partnership between the two software providers.
Since 13.09.2022, there is a new legal situation in Germany regarding the recording of working hours. As a result of a ruling by the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt, proper time recording becomes mandatory for employers. What can be implemented comparatively easily in traditional operations certainly poses challenges for operations in modern scenarios. How, for example, can time recording be done for employees who work in the home office on a partial or full time basis? For such situations, ZMI offers the right solution. Working time recording is no longer thought of as stationary, but flexible. Documentation can be done on the spot, but also online – via the web or in the company’s own app. This makes it easy for companies to comply with their new obligations.
In addition to the changed legal framework, there is another aspect that speaks in favor of digital management of working hours: The reason lies primarily in the scarcity of working time. It is a precious resource in many companies today. The existing pool of employees can only offer a certain amount of working time, and a fierce competition for talent has already begun. In order to still be able to manage large projects and build the foundation for future success with continuous development as a company, other strategies are needed. With the perview suite, companies in all industries can take countermeasures. Each module of the suite optimizes a task area of talent and personnel management. In this way, time can be saved in many cases, while at the same time the quality of the results can be increased even further thanks to the software support. The idea behind it: Time wasters are avoided Employees can focus their scarce time on the tasks where it offers the greatest added value to the company.
With ZMI, perview gains a partner that has long been established in the field of time recording, access control and organization. Hendrik Antz, Managing Director at perview systems, is therefore certain: “Both companies complement each other perfectly. We are at the beginning of a partnership that will open up many synergies for both our customers and both companies and has the potential to drive future developments even faster.”
A high degree of integration will allow users to benefit from the advantages of both systems. “Many companies and organizations are still in the early stages of digitizing their HR. At the same time, the shortage of skilled workers and the growing demand for flexible working models are resulting in increased pressure to act. The solutions from ZMI and perview can therefore offer tangible added value in their combination through a holistic approach,” adds Daniel Vogler, Managing Partner of ZMI GmbH.
