Conditions of participation for training courses

Upon receipt of the written registration (by post, fax or email) by ZMI GmbH, the registration is considered binding.

Participation is determined by the order in which the written registration is received.

Cancellations of registrations are free of charge if they are made 10 days before the start of the event. We are sure you will understand that we will charge for the training course in the event of a later cancellation or no-show. You have the option of sending a substitute participant to the training course at any time. We reserve the right to cancel appointments for organizational reasons, e.g. due to a low number of participants or illness. If we cancel an appointment, the fee paid will be refunded with the next seminar. There are no further claims.

The course fees include:

• Position of a speaker
• Training documents
• Coffee during the breaks
• Lunch snack or lunch
• Soft drinks
