We have developed into a leading solution provider in the fields of human resources and security. Our portfolio includes industry-neutral software, hardware terminals and mobile apps for personnel time recording, new work and employee self services, digital personnel files, personnel resource planning, order and project time recording, and access control. The applications are available as a cloud solution (SaaS) and on-premises.

ZMI is a company that has been in existence since 1996, operates nationwide and employs more than 70 people. With over 1,700 customers in the DACH region, we support companies in a wide range of industries and sizes – from small businesses with 15 employees to large companies with more than 15,000 employees.
