Elfershausen/Hamburg, 01.06.2021 – ZMI GmbH is entering into a new strategic partnership with HS – Hamburger Software GmbH & Co. KG, which has been successfully providing software for payroll accounting for more than four decades. With the solutions from ZMI, HS is expanding its ecosystem, consisting of specialized cooperation partners, to include a focus on time management.
“We are pleased to offer HS Personalsoftware users added value with our modular solutions for time and attendance, workforce scheduling and access control,” said Daniel Vogler, managing partner of ZMI. Not least due to the ongoing discussion about the ruling of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) of May 14, 2019, on the recording of working hours, as well as the Corona-related challenges posed by new work models and increasing home office, an increased demand for time management solutions can be seen.
The central link between the ZMI solutions and the HS HR software is the personnel time recording, from which gross wage data can be digitally transferred to HS Payroll. The result is a holistic HR system that ensures greater transparency and efficiency within business processes. In addition, users can link ZMI order and project time recording with HS order processing.
