Can a time recording system be connected to CGM SOZIAL?
With the solutions from ZMI, you can supplement your CGM SOZIAL Suite with modules for personnel time recording and access control. The ZMI solutions are simply connected to your CGM software via an interface.
What data is exchanged between ZMI and CGM SOZIAL?
CGM SOZIAL is the leading system for personnel master data. New employees are created in CGM SOZIAL and automatically transferred to ZMI Time & Attendance and ZMI Access Control via the interface. ZMI can then be used to record working times for employees in real time. The attendance bookings are then also transferred from ZMI to CGM SOZIAL via an interface and are then available in CGM HR Management.
Does Time & Attendance work with ZMI and CGM SOZIAL via terminals?
ZMI offers various options for the digital recording of working times: Times can be recorded via a stationary or mobile time recording terminal with RFID reader or fingerprint from Datafox, dormakaba or PCS Systemtechnik. Alternatively, employees can use the employee portal as an employee self-service and the ZMI app for iOS or Android at mobile workstations.
