What data is exchanged between HS - Hamburger Software and ZMI?

With ZMI, your customer not only keeps track of working hours and absences, but also benefits from efficient and secure integration into the HS system.
The export of gross wage data from ZMI to HS Human Resources enables a seamless and automated transfer of all relevant wage data at the end of a payroll period.
All recorded gross wage data, such as hourly wages, overtime and bonuses, are transferred to HS so that they are directly available in payroll accounting.
This minimizes the administrative effort and simplifies payroll accounting.
ZMI also offers flexible customization options to adapt the export to individual company requirements and thus ensure smooth payroll processing.

Does Time & Attendance work with ZMI and Hamburg software via terminals?

ZMI offers various options for the digital recording of working times: Times can be recorded via a stationary or mobile time recording terminal with RFID reader or fingerprint from Datafox, dormakaba or PCS Systemtechnik. Alternatively, employees can use the employee portal as an employee self-service and the ZMI app for iOS or Android at mobile workstations. The recorded times are automatically evaluated by the ZMI software and transferred to HS payroll accounting at the end of the payroll period at the push of a button.
