With ZMI access control, storage areas, transshipment points, offices or technical areas can be specifically secured. Access rights are assigned based on role and location, so that only authorized persons are granted access – an important factor for security and compliance in logistics.

Payroll interfaces & reporting

    How does time tracking work for drivers and warehouse staff?

    With ZMI, drivers and warehouse staff record their working times on the move with the ZMI – App or at the terminal – regardless of where they are working. Even without an internet connection, times are saved in the mobile app and synchronized later. GPS location data can optionally be combined with working time recording, and all settings can be configured in compliance with the GDPR. The result is a robust and flexible time tracking system for logistics.

    With the ZMI – Planner, shifts, tours and assignments can be planned centrally and flexibly adapted.

    ZMI’s time tracking system can be easily integrated into existing ERP, HR and logistics systems via open interfaces (e.g. REST API). Working time data can be easily processed further, for example for payroll accounting or planning. This reduces manual effort, avoids errors and ensures end-to-end digital processes.

    ZMI maps shift work and overtime within the software based on rules. Bonuses for night work, Sundays and public holidays are calculated, while overtime is recorded transparently in time accounts. At the same time, the system ensures compliance with legal requirements and creates full transparency for companies and employees.

    With ZMI – Zutritt, access rights can be individually defined and all accesses documented in a traceable manner.
