How does mobile time tracking work?
Mobile time tracking from ZMI works easily via the ZMI – App for iOS and Android. Employees can record their working hours, travel or project times directly on their smartphone – even without an internet connection, as the app is offline-capable and automatically synchronizes the data later. In addition, functions such as GPS positioning, team or project bookings and workflow requests for vacation or corrections can be used. Alternatively, the ZMI – WebClient (employee portal) is available in the browser, which can also be used to conveniently record times, absences or corrections online.
Does ZMI automatically record overtime?
Yes, with ZMI overtime is calculated automatically and transparently. The software takes into account the working time models stored in the company, such as flexitime, shift work or fixed weekly hours. This means that every employee can clearly see when overtime is due. If desired, these can also be secured by approval processes, so that a clearly regulated and legally secure procedure is possible.
