Can the ZMI - WebClient also be used on mobile devices?

Yes, the ZMI – WebClient is a responsive web application and can be used on PCs, tablets and smartphones without the need for additional installation. The ZMI – App is also available, which offers additional convenience and extended mobile functions such as offline bookings.

In addition to digital time tracking at the PC workstation, the ZMI – WebClient enables the simple management of digital requests such as vacation, flexitime, business trips, training or booking corrections. This speeds up HR processes, improves communication and ensures transparent and efficient mapping.

Employees submit their vacation requests directly in the WebClient. After approval by the supervisor, the leave is automatically entered in the calendar. In addition, substitution rules can also be stored in the workflow process so that substitutions are planned in good time and absences in the team are displayed transparently.

Yes, the ZMI – WebClient allows the individual configuration of workflows per application type, employee or department, including single or multi-stage decision processes.

For applications in the ZMI – WebClient, notifications can be sent flexibly by email or directly in the portal. In addition, individual workflows with automatic reminders and escalations can be set up so that everyone involved is informed of the status at all times.
