Info der neuen Version der ZMI App

Elfershausen, 01.07.2019 – ZMI has released a new version of its mobile time tracking app. The new release is now available to download from the iTunes Store and Google Playâ„¢ Store. With the ZMI – App, working times and order times can be recorded digitally and from any location. The recorded data is in turn available in time tracking for payroll accounting and for post-calculation of orders and projects and can also be incorporated into other digital applications of the customer. The offline-capable native app is available across all platforms for Apple iPhone and iPad as well as smartphones and tablets with Androidâ„¢ operating systems.

“The recent discussions surrounding the ECJ ruling on working time recording have shown that the availability of mobile solutions plays a key role in the implementation of flexible working time models and home offices,” says Daniel Vogler, Managing Partner of ZMI. At the same time, however, a holistic HR solution also offers the option of continuing to record working and project times at terminals or directly on employees’ PCs.

“The extended functions in the newly released version of the ZMI – App support our customers even better in responding to the individual work situation of their employees,” says Steffen Berger, Managing Partner of ZMI. “In addition to additional customization options through quick links, team bookings and the subsequent recording of working times, order times and project times can also be used in the new release.” Another new feature is the ability to record travel expenses and allowances in the app.

ZMI has developed into a leading solution provider for HR, organization and security. The portfolio includes industry-neutral software, stationary and mobile hardware terminals and mobile apps for time and attendance recording, digital personnel files, access control, workflow management, project and order time recording, staff scheduling, merchandise management and customer relationship management (CRM).
