With the established complete solution for Time & Attendance ZMI – Time, working times and order times can be recorded digitally, regardless of location. Whether via stationary terminals in the company, online in the web browser, mobile terminals in the construction container or vehicle as well as with the ZMI app on a smartphone or tablet, times, cost centers, orders and activities can be recorded in real time, making timesheets a thing of the past. The data can be transferred directly to the payroll software via a variety of connections, such as to DATEV. Additional modules are also available for a digital personnel file with legally compliant archiving, automated driver’s license checks and the calculation of additional meal expenses.
The enhanced ZMI – InfoCenter app for iOS and Android offers the option of accessing the company’s appointment management, task management and personal information system from the ZMI organization solution while on the move. Employees on the construction site can be informed of schedule changes at short notice via an integrated messaging function. Time-consuming telephone coordination and the costly provision of information in paper form are no longer necessary.
The ZMI – FotoArchiv can be used within customer relationship management (CRM) to document the current status of work on the construction site or a reference project for future sales talks, for example, including the associated image material. The photos, which can be accessed not only by process but also by keyword search, are also available at any time and from any location via smartphone or tablet with the ZMI – FotoArchiv app for iOS and Android. The app can also be used to capture images directly from a mobile device.
