Elfershausen, February 7, 2024
The employer review platform kununu has named ZMI GmbH a “Top Company 2024.” The award is based on independent reviews by employees on the platform. As an established provider of solutions in the fields of human resources and security, ZMI is thus among the companies with the best work environments in Germany.
“We are delighted that ZMI has once again been named one of Germany’s top employers this year, following its recognition in 2022 and 2023. This award is a testament to our commitment and efforts to create an attractive work environment for our team,” said Managing Directors Steffen Berger, Jonathan Martin, and Daniel Vogler.
Among the outstanding features that set ZMI apart as a top company are flexible work schedules with the option to work remotely within the EU, attractive salary and benefits packages, and a wide range of professional development opportunities.
Robert Haser, who has served as Head of People & Sourcing at ZMI GmbH since January 1, 2024, adds: “We are in constant communication with our employees, identify necessary actions, and successfully implement them.”
ZMI is currently seeking additional employees nationwide who would like to further their careers in an exciting and innovative work environment in the field of HR software. In addition, the company is offering several apprenticeship positions at its headquarters in Elfershausen for the 2024 training year.
“We congratulate ZMI on receiving the 2024 Top Company seal,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “The award is given to employers with particularly high ratings on kununu. Since only about five percent of companies meet the eligibility criteria, this is a very select group. Employers who receive the seal not only stand out for the recognition and appreciation they show their employees, but also send a strong signal to talented individuals who are looking for the right company,” Zimmermann continued.
ZMI has become a leading provider of solutions in the areas of human resources and security. Its portfolio includes industry-agnostic software, hardware terminals, and mobile apps for employee time tracking, New Work and employee self-service, digital personnel files, staff scheduling, order and project time tracking, and access control. The applications are available as cloud solutions (SaaS) and on-premises.
The company was founded in 1996 and now has more than 60 employees. Today, ZMI serves over 1,700 clients in the DACH region across all industries and of all sizes, ranging from 10 to more than 15,000 employees.
