To mark our company’s 30th anniversary, we celebrated this year’s summer party together with our employees. Even before the official anniversary on August 1, the day provided an opportunity to look back on three decades of our company’s history and, at the same time, look ahead to the future.
The event kicked off with a group brunch at our headquarters in Elfershausen. In their speeches, the management team looked back on ZMI’s development—from its beginnings in 1996 to today’s HR software provider with approximately 70 employees across five locations. In addition, long-serving employees were honored for their loyalty and dedication. Another highlight of the program was the presentation of gifts to our founder and CEO, Steffen Berger, as a token of appreciation for 30 years of entrepreneurial commitment.
Afterward, the summer party moved to the Weintenne Hammelburg. Various activities and a group dinner were the highlights of the evening. The cocktail bar in the old school bus and the ice cream truck were also a big hit with all the employees.
For us, our summer party was much more than just an anniversary celebration. It was an opportunity to look back together on what we’ve accomplished, share memories, and thank all the people who have shaped ZMI over the past 30 years with their dedication, expertise, and team spirit.
We’re kicking off our anniversary year with this special day—and we look forward to continuing to actively shape the future of the workplace together with our employees, customers, and partners in the years to come.
