How does the ZMI - Führerscheinkontrolle work?
An RFID label is attached to the employee’s driver’s license once. This label is read via an NFC-enabled device or a time recording terminal at each check. The results are automatically documented in the ZMI software.
How often do driving license checks have to be carried out?
There are no legally defined intervals, but a six-monthly check is recommended. The ZMI software allows you to set individual inspection intervals and automatically reminds you when inspections are due.
What happens if an employee misses the check?
The software sends automatic reminders by email and optionally by SMS. If a check is not carried out, this can be tracked in the system and appropriate measures can be taken.
Is the ZMI - Führerscheinkontrolle data protection compliant?
Yes, all data is processed and stored in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The RFID labels do not contain any personal data and cannot be removed without destroying them.
