Mobile Time tracking for iOS & Android

The ZMI – App enables flexible and location-independent recording of working times directly via smartphones and tablets with iOS or Android operating systems. Employees can record their working times in real time or retrospectively, which is particularly beneficial for field staff and mobile teams.

Offline functionality and GPS tracking

Working times can be recorded and later synchronized even without an internet connection. Optionally, the location of the booking can be recorded via GPS to increase the transparency and traceability of working times.

Project and order time recording

The ZMI – App supports the recording of project and order times, including the ability to scan barcodes. This facilitates the precise allocation of working times to specific projects or orders.

Workflow management and vacation requests

Yes, the ZMI – App is available for both iOS and Android. It can be used on smartphones and tablets so that employees have access to all important functions at all times, even on the move.

Yes, the ZMI – App can be used offline. Recorded bookings are temporarily stored and synchronized as soon as an Internet connection is available again.

Yes, in addition to pure working time bookings, the ZMI – App also enables order and project time bookings – on request also by barcode scan via the camera of a smartphone or tablet. This means that times can be recorded particularly quickly and conveniently.
