Challenges
Hospitals, care facilities, medical care centers (MVZ), doctors’ practices, laboratories and rehabilitation clinics face the daily challenge of reconciling complex duty rosters, different shift models and high legal requirements. Different professional groups – from nursing staff to administration and kitchen staff to cleaning staff – have to be coordinated efficiently. Added to this are special collective bargaining regulations, company agreements, increasing documentation requirements and a shortage of skilled staff. A digital solution such as ZMI reduces the administrative workload, ensures smooth processes and creates transparency for HR departments, care service managers and works councils.
The right solution for all healthcare facilities
Stationary time recording terminals & employee self-service
ZMI enables secure working time recording directly on site – at terminals in the clinic, via the employee self-service or via app. Employees can record times, submit requests and view services – simply and intuitively.
Digital duty rostering and staff scheduling
The ZMI – Planner module is used to create, coordinate and publish shift and duty rosters centrally. Planning can be carried out according to qualifications, department and availability, and overstaffing and understaffing are automatically recognized. This saves time and prevents planning errors.
Digitally map collective agreements & works agreements
ZMI takes into account collective agreements (e.g. TVöD, AVR, company agreements) and individual company agreements. Bonuses for night, weekend, on-call or overtime work are calculated automatically – reliably and audit-proof.
Payroll interfaces & reporting
The recorded data is automatically transferred to payroll systems such as DATEV, Sage, HS – Hamburger Software, Lexware, VOCUS or SAP. Alternatively, the time recording entries can also be transferred to industry software for the social economy such as CGM Sozial. Comprehensive evaluations and statistics provide insights into staff hours, duty distribution and workload – ideal for management, controlling and care service management.
GoBD & GDPR compliance
ZMI fulfills all legal requirements for proper working time recording. All data is stored in a tamper-proof manner and is documented in an audit-proof manner – GoBD-compliant and therefore auditable. At the same time, the solution guarantees the highest standards of data protection in accordance with the GDPR, including role-based access and encrypted transmission.
