Is ZMI also suitable for smaller construction companies?
Yes, ZMI is suitable for both smaller and larger construction companies. The software has a modular structure and can be adapted precisely to individual requirements – regardless of whether only a few employees or several construction sites are in use. This allows companies to start with a compact solution and expand it later with functions such as project time recording, access control or staff scheduling.
How does time tracking work on the construction site without the Internet?
With the mobile ZMI App or special time recording terminals with an M2M SIM card, working times can be recorded directly on the construction site – regardless of a stable internet connection. The app can be used offline and automatically synchronizes the data as soon as a connection is re-established. This means that time recording remains reliable at all times, even in remote locations.
Does ZMI also offer staff scheduling?
Yes, the ZMI – Planner module is a fully integrated solution for digital staff scheduling. It allows shifts, projects and employees to be planned, managed and evaluated efficiently. In the construction industry in particular, the Planner enables transparent workforce scheduling across different construction sites – including qualifications, working hours and availability.
How secure is my employees' data?
ZMI stands for software made in Germany and meets the highest security and data protection standards. All systems are GDPR-compliant, data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored exclusively in German data centers.
