Yes, in most cases existing terminals and access components can be easily integrated into the ZMI software. ZMI supports a large number of established hardware manufacturers such as Datafox, dormakaba, PCS and Uhlmann & Zacher. This means that existing infrastructure can continue to be used and integrated into modern time tracking or access control processes with little effort.

The ZMI software has standardized interfaces to numerous payroll systems, including DATEV, HS, Vocus, KIDICAP and many more. Recorded working hours, overtime, absences and bonuses are automatically evaluated and transferred error-free to the respective payroll system via the interface. This saves time, avoids manual data entry and ensures secure, audit-compliant payroll accounting.

Thanks to integration into existing ERP systems, working, project and order times can be assigned directly to the respective cost centers, projects or orders. This ensures transparent post-calculation, precise planning and better resource management. Companies benefit from end-to-end processes – from time tracking to project billing in the ERP system.
