Elfershausen/Munich, 15.05.2019 – Following yesterday’s ruling by the European Court of Justice, companies are to be obliged to systematically record all of their employees’ working hours. Reactions to the ruling have been correspondingly drastic. The Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA) warned in an initial statement that the requirements of the world of work 4.0 cannot be met with a 1.0 working time recording system.
