Elfershausen, January 20, 2022 – In its new Release 6.4, ZMI offers the ability to digitally verify employees’ EU COVID-19 proof. To do this, employees use the ZMI – App for iOS and Android™ to upload their proof of vaccination, proof of recovery, or proof of a negative test from any location, thereby submitting the current 3G proof to their employer. This allows the obligation to provide and verify proof, as stipulated in Section 28b, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG), to be fully implemented digitally.
“Thanks to integration with the digital time tracking system, companies and organizations do not need a separate system and can also rely on a comprehensive notification management system consisting of email, text messages, and push notifications—for example, if the required proof has not been provided on time,” said Managing Partner Steffen Berger. A role-based authorization model also ensures that access to the 3G proof documentation is restricted to authorized individuals only.
ZMI has become a leading provider of solutions in the areas of HR, organization, and security.
