Elfershausen, 27.08.2018 – ZMI recently launched its latest product, ZMI – Archiv: The module complements the software modules for personnel time recording and digital personnel files. With the newly developed and fully integrated component, extensive document inventories can be archived in an audit-proof and convenient manner. In the future, the new module will also be usable together with the ZMI solutions for customer management (CRM) and merchandise management.
“Small and medium-sized companies in particular that do not want to implement a comprehensive enterprise content management system (ECM) as a first step, but rather only want to meet the requirements of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Fiscal Code (AO) and the principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access (GoBD), are provided with a lean solution with the ZMI – Archiv module,” says Managing Partner Steffen Berger. The digital personnel file with ZMI – Archiv thus guarantees audit-proof long-term archiving of the documents stored in it.
