ZMI presents HR innovations at ZP Europe 2025

In 2025, ZMI will once again be represented at Zukunft Personal Europe, the leading trade fair for the world of work. From September 9 to 11, 2025 , the company will be presenting its latest developments and solutions for a future-oriented digital working world in Cologne and will be demonstrating live how modern software solutions can make everyday HR work easier in the long term.

As a holistic solution provider, ZMI will be demonstrating at the trade fair how time tracking, absence planning, digital personnel files, staff scheduling and access control can be intelligently linked. With the new ZMI version 6.6, numerous improvements have been implemented that increase user-friendliness and open up new potential in digital time management and for the organization of working time in the company. The areas of self-service, employee communication and reporting in particular have been significantly expanded.

Visitors to ZMI in Hall 4.2 at Stand H.44 will also have the opportunity to talk directly to ZMI experts about current trends such as mobile time tracking, digital transformation in HR and legal requirements.
