ZMI, one of the leading providers of human resources and security solutions, will be exhibiting at Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne in 2024 and will showcase solutions for employee time tracking, digital HR processes, and staff scheduling. The focus will be on the new ZMI Version 6.5, which provides an integrated solution for digital time tracking and electronic sick leave reporting (eAU). In addition, a thoroughly redesigned employee portal provides a modern Employee Self-Service (ESS) that digitizes key processes such as time tracking, time entry corrections, and vacation requests.
Thanks to its robust partner ecosystem, ZMI customers also benefit from a holistic approach to finding the optimal HR solutions for their organizations. These include, in particular, hardware components for time tracking and access control from manufacturers such as Datafox, dormakaba, and PCS Systemtechnik, as well as an extensive portfolio of interfaces—for example, with DATEV, HS – Hamburger Software, Personio, and softgarden —and other payroll, HRM, and ERP systems.
Another new feature is the entry-level solution ZMI – People, which is the result of years of experience and expertise in the field of employee time tracking and offers cloud-based digital time tracking to companies with 1 to 50 employees. With this solution, work hours can be tracked in real time via a web interface on both PCs and smartphones, as well as through terminals. Users benefit from a quick-start guarantee, which allows them to start using the time tracking system productively immediately after registration.
ZP Europe is the most established and leading trade show for the world of work and will take place from September 10 to September 12, 2024, at Koelnmesse.
