Can a time recording system be connected to VOCUS Wages and Salaries?
With the solutions from ZMI, you can supplement your VOCUS payroll accounting with modules for staff time recording, staff scheduling, order and project time recording and access control. The ZMI solutions are simply connected to VOCUS Payroll via a payroll interface.
What data is exchanged between ZMI and VOCUS Wages and Salaries?
Working times can be recorded in ZMI in real time or retrospectively by employees. ZMI not only keeps track of all attendances but also of planned and current absences. The gross payroll data is transferred to VOCUS Wages and Salaries at the end of a payroll period and is then available in payroll accounting.
Does time tracking work with ZMI and VOCUS Payroll via terminals?
ZMI offers various options for the digital recording of working times: Times can be recorded using a stationary or mobile time recording terminal with an RFID reader or fingerprint from Datafox, dormakaba or PCS Systemtechnik. Alternatively, employees can use the employee portal as an employee self-service and the ZMI – App for iOS or Android at mobile workstations. The recorded times are automatically evaluated by the ZMI software and transferred to VOCUS Payroll at the end of the payroll period at the touch of a button.
Is the solution GDPR-compliant and available locally hosted?
ZMI is “Software made in Germany”, can be operated in the cloud or locally and complies with all GDPR requirements.
Which evaluations and reports are available?
