New employees (created via Deel) are also automatically created in ZMI. Synchronization is bidirectional and ensures consistent HR master data.

Working hours and absences are recorded directly in ZMI – whether mobile via app, on the web or via terminal – including direct transfer to Deel.

Flexible use with terminal or app recording

Terminals from Datafox, dormakaba or PCS as well as the ZMI – App for iOS & Android allow flexible time tracking – including offline-capable booking for mobile employees.

How does the interface between ZMI and Deel work?
The ZMI platform is directly connected to Deel via a REST API. HR master data, times and gross data are synchronized automatically.

Times can be recorded stationary via terminals, mobile via app or web-based in the employee portal – including project and order time recording as well as absence management.

Suitable for companies of all sizes and industries that already use Deel or are looking for a central HR platform.

ZMI imports employee master data, records working hours and absences and transfers these to Deel as gross data for payroll accounting.
