Even before the official anniversary on August 1, the day provided an opportunity to look back on three decades of our company\u2019s history and, at the same time, look ahead to the future. <\/p><p>The event kicked off with a group brunch at our headquarters in Elfershausen. In their speeches, the management team looked back on ZMI\u2019s development\u2014from its beginnings in 1996 to today\u2019s HR software provider with approximately 70 employees across five locations. In addition, long-serving employees were honored for their loyalty and dedication. Another highlight of the program was the presentation of gifts to our founder and CEO, Steffen Berger, as a token of appreciation for 30 years of entrepreneurial commitment.   <\/p><p>Afterward, the summer party moved to the Weintenne Hammelburg. Various activities and a group dinner were the highlights of the evening. The cocktail bar in the old school bus and the ice cream truck were also a big hit with all the employees.    <\/p><p>For us, our summer party was much more than just an anniversary celebration.
